According to recent reports, Nia Jax is now cleared for action and expected to make her WWE return in the not too distant future. However, we have conflicting reports about where the former RAW Women's Champion will be heading when she's back on television.

PW Insider is reporting that Jax will be part of the SmackDown roster, while the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer is claiming that the formidable WWE Superstar will be on Monday nights.

Either way, we haven't seen Jax since last April when she was sidelined with injuries to both knees. She underwent reconstructive surgery, and was scheduled to be out of action for up to a year. Now, it's just a case of when WWE is ready to put her back on RAW or SmackDown (chances are it will be after WrestleMania rather than before).

Earlier this week, Tweets from Jax pointed to her being unhappy about being left on the shelf, so it's possible that we'll see her make her return during the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal.
