This Tuesday's WWE SMACKDOWN LIVE Ratings Increased For The First Time In 2018

SmackDown Live ratings have been steadily declining since the New Year but the show finally saw a viewership increase this Tuesday for...well, a pretty underwhelming effort! Hit the jump for details...

SmackDown Live ratings have been steadily declining since January 2nd and that has to be a result of the show being put on cruise control as WrestleMania approaches. Shinsuke Nakamura won the Royal Rumble match but has rarely been featured on television since and the WWE Championship title picture has been dominated by Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for what feels like forever.

There is some good news for WWE today, though, as this week's instalment of SmackDown Live did 2,613,000 million viewers. That's up from last Tuesday's 2,449,000 million viewers.

That's not a bad increase by any means but there wasn't an awful lot happening on the show despite the fact that Fastlane is right around the corner. There is, of course, time for this to change as WrestleMania approaches but the creative team really needs to get their act together because SmackDown Live has gone from being significantly better than RAW to a weekly disappointment!
