Tuesday's episode of WWE Backstage on Fox Sports 1 drew a total of 169,000 viewers. That's a massive 74% increase from last week's 97,000 viewers (which tied for the third-lowest viewership in the studio show's history).

This week's number, however, was actually the second-highest viewed instalment since the official premiere of WWE Backstage on November 5th. It drew a 0.06 rating in the 18 - 49 demographic and ranked #132 for the night in the Cable Top 150.

What led to this increased viewership? It's hard to say, but the episode featured Charlotte Flair as a special guest, Stephanie McMahon talking to Renee Young in a pre-recorded interview, and the return of CM Punk.
