Well, I think it's fair to say none of us saw this coming! Earlier today, WWE announced a brand new WWE network show called Southpaw Regional Wrestling which looks set to be their finest attempt yet at launching a genuinely funny comedy (here's looking at you, Camp WWE and Holy Foley).
An apparent parody of classic wrestling territories in the 1970s and 80s, there's no word on how long the show will run for or who's responsible for it, but pretty much every member of the roster appears to have been included in some form. We see everyone from Cesaro to Luke Gallows, not to mention The Ascension, Rusev, Lana, Fandango, and more.
However, it may very well be John Cena and Chris Jericho who steal the show based on what we see below and it should be very interesting seeing how this show plays out and what fans end up making of it. Check out the sneak peek and then be sure to then let us know your thoughts on it.
