"The British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith passed away far too soon but WWE has yet to honour his memory by inducting him into the WWE Hall of Fame. There's no obvious reason as to why it hasn't happened but Triple H definitely appears to be open to the idea.

During a recent teleconference to promote NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, The Game was asked about Smith and briefly responded by saying: "[He] 100% deserves to be in the Hall of Fame."

While the headliners for this year's WWE Hall of Fame have already been revealed (the nWo and Dave Bautista), there's still time for the British Bulldog to make the cut. However, it's possible WWE is holding off until they host that long rumoured UK-based WrestleMania...in that case we may be waiting a while!

What do you guys think?
