When WWE announced that this year's Survivor Series would pit Superstars from RAW, SmackDown, and NXT against each other, most fans expected that we would see WWE Champion Brock Lesnar battling Universal Champion Bray Wyatt/The Fiend and NXT Champion Adam Cole in a triple threat match.

Needless to say, that would have been an awesome bout but one it would have been hard to call and no one could have really lost without being hurt in some way moving forward.

Now, Triple H has explained (during a recent conference call for NXT TakeOver: WarGames) that while the match was discussed at one point, it was decided that the storyline between Lesnar and Rey Mysterio was too good to turn down, while Wyatt works best when he's involved in his own feuds. After all, The Fiend is a very unique character!

Are you guys disappointed that the match isn't taking place?
