As you've no doubt already heard, Kevin Owens left SmackDown Live's recent Chile tour because of some sort of personal emergency. No one is quite sure what that is and the information hasn't been made public (as we said, it was personal) but it's now been revealed that Triple H did something very special for the former Universal Champion when he arrived in Chile to take his place.

"From my understanding," reads a new report, "Triple H was not paid for his match and the money that he was supposed to get is being sent to Owens. There have been tons of stories like this about Triple H over the years and they never get reported so we wanted to mention this one because it’s a pretty cool gesture by him." There's no denying that was awesome!

After all, it wasn't Triple H's problem that Owens had to head back home but he clearly cared enough that he wanted his former NXT protege to still be able to receive money for the tour despite being forced to miss it. That just goes to show what a
stand up guy he is and The Game will presumably do the same for Roman Reigns when he takes his place on the upcoming European tour.

Either way, this was a very cool move on Triple H's part and something Owens no doubt appreciated. What do you guys make of this news? Let us know your thoughts in the usual place.
