As you're no doubt well aware, Triple H recently underwent surgery to repair a torn right pectoral muscle which occurred during that big Crown Jewel match pitting D-Generation X against The Brothers of Destruction. It's typical for someone suffering from this sort of injury to be out anywhere from 5 - 9 months and during a recent conference call, The Game provided an update on his current status.

"I had surgery a week ago yesterday," he said. "Everything is feeling good. In an immobilizer and on the road to recovery. It’s just rehab, rehab, rehab and I will be back but that does not stop this machine from rolling on and its business as usual. I will be headed to L.A. (Thursday) to begin preparations for what is a very exciting NXT TakeOver." What about WrestleMania?

Well, Triple H didn't say anything specific about his future plans to wrestle but it's highly unlikely that we'll get to see him compete at the Showcase of the Immortals as he won't be healed up in time. That's a shame but with so many full-time Superstars vying for a place on the card, this may not be a bad thing for fans. What do you guys think? As always, let us know your thoughts in the usual place.
