Triple H Says That If Conor McGregor Was To Make The Jump To WWE That It Wouldn't Be "An Easy Go"

There have been rumors about UFC's Conor McGregor making a move to WWE for over a year now, but if it eventually does happen, Triple H suggests that the brash fighter is going to have his work cut out for him.

Despite recent denials from both Vince McMahon and Dana White, many feel that it's only a matter of time before Conor McGregor makes his way to WWE. However, if and when it does happen, The Notorious one probably shouldn't expect to be welcomed with open arms.

Triple H is currently doing the press rounds in London to promote the company's European tour, and he was asked about the McGregor rumors while appearing on Good Morning Britain:

“Conor McGregor has said a lot of stuff about WWE in the past. I don’t have a problem with him because he said I was the don, which is great. (Host laughs) He said a lot of stuff about our talent in the past and if he comes in it’s not going to be an easy go.”

Trips is referring to comments Conor made about a year ago relating to WWE Superstars being "pussies", among other things.

At the time many fans believed this was all a work (and it very well could have been), but if not, the WWE locker room probably won't be the warmest of places for Mr. McGregor to settle into if he does decide to join the company.
