Triple H Shakes Off Claims EVOLUTION Is Only Happening Because Of The GREATEST ROYAL RUMBLE

WWE's female Superstars weren't allowed to work the Greatest Royal Rumble PPV because of Saudi Arabia's archaic laws and now Triple H has responded to claims that Evolution is a direct response to that...

Due to Saudi Arabia's laws, female Superstars were not allowed to compete at the Greatest Royal Rumble back in April and there was even some controversy in the company when a video package aired showing them backstage (not in that building mind you; one in the states). Since then, we've heard that WWE would make it up to the female roster somehow so is that what Evolution is all about?

According to Triple H, no! "Let’s take
the Saudi Arabia show off the table, and let’s just say it never happened — would anybody question that they deserve this opportunity?" The Game asked. "To me, it’s a ridiculous statement, the timing of it. You cannot effect change in a region that, culturally, is trying to change, you cannot help them affect that change without being there."

Regardless of whether or not Evolution has come as a result of the Greatest Royal Rumble, there is no denying that the women deserve it but Triple H's comments do seem to miss the point of how problematic WWE going to a country where gay people are executed and women aren't allowed to compete in sporting events really is. Regardless, at least the female Superstars have been made up to!
