As expected, Triple H is going to undergo surgery today to repair his torn pectoral muscle. The injury occurred during Friday's Crown Jewel PPV when he tumbled over the top rope to the floor below. Now, The Game has taken to Twitter to show the extent of that and it looks like it hurts...an awful lot!

While Triple H is expected to undergo a full evaluation to figure out the extent of his injury, it's thought that he won't be able to compete at WrestleMania as it's unlikely he could recover in time for April. 

That seemingly puts an end tp plays for The Game to take on Batista at the Showcase of the Immortals after it was teased during SmackDown 1000 last month. However, it's easy to imagine Triple H working through an injury given how tough he is and Randy Orton could always replace him...
