Over the weekend, it was reported that Victoria's name appeared on the Titantron during production tests on Saturday, something that seemingly confirmed her involvement in the women's Rumble match. Well, she never appeared and while we don't know why, PW Insider has confirmed that the company was planning to use her in that bout.

It's also said that Melina was scheduled to appear but as she was working the NWA tapings in Atlanta over the weekend, it's possible that scheduling conflicts meant that she couldn't make it in time.

Backstage, it's being claimed that the return of "Santina Marella" may have been a last-minute decision to fill Victoria's space but it's hard not to wonder whether that spot might have been better being given to an actual woman rather than being used for an admittedly funny comedy moment in the match.

What do you guys think?
