Tye Dillinger Has Confirmed That He's Injured And He May Be Gone From SMACKDOWN LIVE For A While

During SmackDown Live on Tuesday, it was briefly mentioned that Tye Dillinger was unable to face United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura because of an injury. Since then, "The Perfect 10" has taken to social media to clear things up, confirming that he hurt his hand at a WWE Live event on Monday and may very well end up requiring surgery which will keep him on the bench for a while.

As you may have heard, Dillinger hasn't been happy for a while now about the way he's used and some fans assumed on Tuesday that he was taken off the show for recent remarks on social media.

That's not the case by the sound of it, though, and he's now going to be out for at least a number of weeks but more than likely months. With no timetable set as of right now, we'll just have to wait and see, but it would be good if he could make it back in time for the Royal Rumble! As always, we'll be sure to keep you guys updated but we're obviously wishing Dillinger all the best with his recovery.
