There's been speculation that Ronda Rousey might be WWE-bound ever since she made an appearance at WrestleMania 31 two years ago, but we're now hearing that it might finally be close to becoming a reality.

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, Rousey is expected to begin training for her WWE debut in the near future. The MMA superstar has reportedly been referred to Brian Kendrick to help her learn the in-ring basics, and word is that an upcoming Mae Young Classic angle will eventually lead to a match.

Obviously we'll need to wait for official word on this, but all signs do point to Rousey singing with the promotion eventually - short term, at the very least.
