A fan jumped into the ring and tackled Bret "The Hitman" Hart to the ground during his Hart Foundation Hall of Fame induction speech last night, but he is most definitely regretting his actions this morning.

Though the live feed cut out, fan recordings of the incident show that several WWE Superstars - including The New Day, Drew McIntyre, Heath Slater, and Drake Maverick - quickly came to Bret and Natalya's defense, and they were not gentle.

As the "fan" was being led away from the ring, The Revival's Dash Wilder laid him out with a hard right hook.

The guy has since been identified as 26 year-old Zach Madsen, a failed MMA fighter who clearly needs some psychiatric help if his Twitter feed is any indication.

Fortunately, Bret and Natalya were unharmed, and continued their speech once everything calmed down.
