Vince McMahon often comes under fire from fans, and while he has a reputation for tearing up the scripts for shows like RAW and SmackDown mere hours before they go on the air, there's no denying that the WWE Chairman remains committed to his sports entertainment company.

At 75, Vince shows no signs of slowing down, which is evident from a video recently shared on social media by his trainer, Michael A. Monteforte.

"The Boss Showing how it’s done," he captioned the video below. "All the way down in the hole with 3 plates each side, He’s a Bad Mammerjammer!" That's an impressive feat, and Vince can be heard listening to some AC/DC as he works out here.

There are no indications that Vince ever plans to get physical in the ring again, though he did appear at the start of SmackDown last night to welcome fans back after over a year and a half.
