Lana is set to make a huge announcement regarding her relationship with Rusev during tonight's RAW and it's no secret that received an overwhelmingly negative response from fans when it was taped on Friday night. In fact, no one seems to really be enjoying the angle...except Vince McMahon!
According to WrestlingNews.co, Vince is loving the storyline and believes the negative reaction is just helping get more heat on Bobby Lashley. He's also happy with the YouTube numbers because while they don't contribute much in terms of revenue, social media numbers are something which the company likes to tout in their quarterly reports.
Apparently, there's still much more to come in this angle and it should continue playing out for at least a couple more months. "One more thing," the site's source adds. "I don’t know if Rusev signed a new contract or not but the purpose of this angle was never about punishing him so those rumors can be put to rest."
