According to Dave Meltzer on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Vince McMahon is still considering adding more matches to the
SummerSlam card just days before the show takes place. Apparently, there's a meeting scheduled to discuss that and while 10 bouts have been announced, WWE has 11 of them listed internally.
"I was told by several people in the last couple of days that the card is completely fluid," he explains. "No one has given me a card. Right now there’s 11 matches [internally] but there could be matches taken away, there could be matches added."
"I don’t expect of the 10 [matches announced] that they will take any away," Meltzer continued. "Drew McIntyre and Cedric Alexander is, as far as I know, still on the card but not announced but who knows. I think Nakamura and Ali is a no. Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan is a no. They are pretty adamant about that."
It's a very weird situation and you have to hope that WWE will make its mind up in the next 48 hours or so because it's very late in the day for matches to be added to taken away.
