WWE never fails to deliver when it comes to creating tribute videos that bring fans to tears and the effort for "Mean" Gene Okerlund was no exception. It originally aired during Hulk Hogan's promo and quite clearly had an effect on him as well because he was forced to put his sunglasses on to hide his emotions! Whether you were familiar with his work or not, this video will bring you up to speed.

Featuring many of Okerlund's most memorable WCW and WWE moments, it's surprising to see just how many historic promos and matches he was there for and it's no surprise he was so beloved.
