Before Bray Wyatt's tragic death, the plan had been for him and Uncle Howdy (his real-life brother, former NXT Champion Bo Dallas) to take charge of a new Wyatt Family stable.
That was ultimately derailed and fans made peace with the fact that we'd never get to see what WWE and Wyatt had planned. However, in recent months, QR codes have shown up across WWE programming teasing a group it's now clear will be led by Dallas/Howdy.
By following the code which showed up during Rey Mysterio's RAW entrance, a countdown was shown along with the messages "You refused salvation" and "The reckoning is inevitable." As for that countdown, it appears to be pointing us to next Monday's RAW.
That rules out a surprise appearance at Clash at the Castle and suggests WWE is finally done teasing us.
The expectation right now is that the group will consist of the Wyatt Family's Erick Rowan, Nikki Cross, Dexter Lumis, former Schism leader Joe Gacy, and potentially the returning Alexa Bliss.
We don't know what the plan is for the group or where they'll slot into the card (during his brief WWE run before his passing, Wyatt was being booked on the midcard rather than in the main event). Chances are they're going to be front and centre on RAW each week, though.
Bray and Bo's father, WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda, was recently asked about the mysterious QR codes and said, "To be honest with you, I want it to be a surprise, but there is something bubbling."
"I don’t know the ins and outs, but hopefully it’ll be good. That’s above my paygrade to figure that out, that’s for sure. QR Codes, I don’t know what the hell that is."
