It seems that Vince McMahon still has high hopes for Baron Corbin as a main eventer.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that out of all the non-main event WWE talents right now, McMahon is said to still be the highest on "The Lone Wolf" as he sees him as a future major player for the company.

There’s no telling when the company intends to pull the trigger on Corbin’s push. While he did win the WrestleMania Andre Memorial battle royal last year, Corbin’s push has been up and down in 2018 so far. He also won the money in the bank ladder match, but unsuccessfully cashed in his briefcase.

The plan then was to give Corbin his new music and go hard with his push.
