Who Won The Title-for-Title Match Between Giulia vs. Stephanie Vaquer At WWE Roadblock?

It was friend vs. friend, champion vs. champion, and more importantly, title-for-title at WWE NXT Roadblock 2025 as Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer fought it out to defend both their NXT Women's Championship and NXT Women's North American Championship titles (respectively), putting both on the line to find out who is really the champion of champions.

Showcasing just how great the NXT women's division is, both Giulia and Vaquer had their moments to shine, wrestling a fairly even contest from bell to bell, until Vaquer was able to hit a spinning back breaker to put Giulia down for a three-count.

Check out some highlights of the match via WWE's X account here:

Heading into this, Giulia's reign as NXT women's champion stood at 63 days, having defeated Roxanne Perez for the title at New Year's Evil on January 7th. Vaquer had even less time as champion, winning the Women's North American Championship from Fallon Henley at Vengeance Day less than a month ago on February 15th.

Previously, the men's NXT Championship and NXT North American Championship titles were up for grabs in a champion vs. champion match at Great American Bash 2020, wherein Keith Lee defeated Adam Cole. After that, Lee vacated the North American Championship to focus on the NXT title, only to sadly drop it 44 days later (as recognized by WWE; 52 days in reality as it was on a tape delay)

Whether the same thing will apply to the Women's North American Championship remains to be seen, as this episode of NXT ended with streamers and confetti coming down from the ceiling to celebrate the big title change, but nothing was clarified about what direction the women's division would take going forward.

It was also noted, for those who are fond of statistics, that this is the first time since Becky Lynch did the "Becky Two Belts" gimmick that a woman in WWE holds two singles championships at the same time, putting Vaquer in great company for such a history-making moment.

What are your thoughts on this title change? How are you hoping WWE goes forward with the NXT women's titles? What's next for Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer? Drop all your predictions and more in the comments below to keep the discussion going!
