During this Sunday's Fastlane PPV, Charlotte Flair successfully retained her title in a match with Ruby Riott but was immediately challenged by Royal Rumble winner Asuke for her championship. This had been rumoured to be the case for a while and seeing the undefeated Empress of Tomorrow do battle with Flair promises to be a treat for wrestling fans and one of the best matches on the card.

However, seeing as Asuka is a RAW Superstar challenging for a SmackDown Live branded title, what does that mean for her future as part of the Monday night show? Well, she's currently still listed as an official member of the RAW roster and it's said that she will remain that way right up until WrestleMania takes place. What happens if she wins? Well, that's not entirely clear as of right now.

Common sense says that she'll join SmackDown Live and with rumours of a Superstar Shakeup taking place after the Showcase of the Immortals, the whole thing would play out quite smoothly. For now, we'll just have to wait and see but feel free to share your thoughts with us in the comments section.
