Will Titles Change Hands At This Month's EXTREME RULES PPV? Here's The Latest

A number of titles will be on the line at the Extreme Rules PPV later this month but should we expect any title changes? Well, a new report reveals whether the event will be killer or pure filler...

Extreme Rules takes place in Pittsburgh on July 15th and a number of title matches have been confirmed for the event. AJ Styles will defend the WWE Championship against Rusev, Dolph Ziggler will put the Intercontinental Championship against Seth Rollins in an Iron Man match, RAW Women's Champion Alexa Bliss will battle Nia Jax, and Carmella will defend her SmackDown Live title against Asuka.

Oh, and we also learned yesterday evening that Shinsuke Nakamura will challenge Jeff Hardy for his United States Championship! The question is, just how many of these will be changing hands?

Well, a new report claims that there are no title changes planned for the PPV due to the event taking place before SummerSlam. Apparently, WWE wants to hold off because that's obviously the biggest show they have during the summer and it seems as if Extreme Rules will end up being pure fille. If we're lucky, though, we'll end up at least getting some fun matches and decent surprises on the night.
