After tearing the house down with WWE Roadblock in The Theater at Madison Square Garden tonight (check out the full results here), next week's episode of NXT returns to its usual stomping grounds of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida on March 18, 2025, and we now know four matches that will be taking place on next Tuesday's show.
Most important for next week will be a Women's United States Championship match where Chelsea Green is being forced to defend her title against Sol Ruca. This came about after last week, wherein Ruca teamed with Zaria to defeat Green and her head of security detail Piper Niven. As Ruca scored a victory over Green, she earned a title opportunity that Green isn't quite so fond of having to give. This week, to help get her in the right mindset, Zaria took Ruca to break some things in a rage room, throw some axes, and do a shooey.
Ricky Saints continues to be told by various Superstars that he doesn't belong in NXT, and he's ready to shut up one of them as he requested a match against Ridge Holland for next week.
Upset over costing Tony D'Angelo the North American Championship, the underboss of The Family, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo went ahead and booked himself, Luca Crusifino and Adriana Rizzo in a mixed tag team match against The Culling's Niko Vance, Brooks Jensen, and Izzi Dame to get some retribution.
Those three matches join the previously announced NXT Underground match that was set up last week, wherein Eddy Thorpe and Trick Williams plan on ending their feud once and for all. On this episode, there was a vignette of Williams training for the match, followed by an interview with Thorpe (via Sarah Schreiber) where Williams attacked Thorpe to get in some licks before next Tuesday.
As it stands right now, this is the advertised lineup for next week's edition of WWE NXT:
- NXT Underground Match: Eddy Thorpe vs. Trick Williams
- Ricky Saints vs. Ridge Holland
- Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match: The Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, Luca Crusifino, & Adriana Rizzo) vs. Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance, & Izzi Dame
- Women’s United States Championship Match: Chelsea Green (c) vs. Sol Ruca
