Braun Strowman was supposed to face Shane McMahon at Fastlane, but when the match didn't happen, it was obvious the plan was for them to square off at WrestleMania instead.
Well, McMahon continued to make things personal during last night's episode of RAW after he aligned himself with Elias and Jaxson Ryker to share some fake information about Strowman's lack of intelligence. It was all very juvenile, and the Monster Among Men soon made his way to the ring for a match against Ryker.
He made short work of the former Forgotten Son (after trying and failing to get his hands on McMahon), and WWE is still using those weird train sound effects when Strowman runs around the ring. After hitting the Powerslam for the win, the former Universal Champion was attacked by his foes but, as you might expect, ultimately managed to overpower them.
With that, Strowman announced that his WrestleMania match with Shane will be a Steel Cage match, so expect Shane-O-Mac to jump off the top of that at some point.
It was also confirmed during RAW that Sheamus will face Matt Riddle for the United States Championship.
