The latest edition of WWE 205 Live for April 10, 2020 took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— Tony Nese defeated Danny Burch by pinfall. After the match, Nese stuck around and continued to intimidate Byron Saxton and Jon Quasto on commentary about how he shouldn't have to compete in a tournament to crown the interim NXT cruiserweight champion, as he never should have lost the title to begin with.
— Footage of Jordan Devlin reacting to the news about the interim title tournament situation was shown. He plans on proving to whoever wins that that he's the real champion. That tournament begins next week on NXT and there is no indication as to who is competing yet, let alone the brackets.
— Gentleman Jack Gallagher defeated Oney Lorcan by disqualification when Nese attacked Gallagher. All three of Gallagher, Nese and Lorcan brawled after the match. Danny Burch came out to help save Lorcan from Nese, who was wielding a chair.
