WWE Announces Huge 50-Man ROYAL RUMBLE Event At King Abdullah Sports City In Saudi Arabia
As part of their new deal to run house shows in Saudi Arabia, WWE has announced plans for "The Greatest Royal Rumble", which will be a 50 man battle royal held at King Abdullah Sports City. More past the jump.
WWE had made the surprise announcement that, for the first time ever, the Royal Rumble will emanate from The Middle East - and it's going to be the biggest Rumble yet.
As part of the company's new partnership with The Saudi General Sports Authority, The "Greatest Royal Rumble" will take place on April 27 at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The event is set to feature some of the biggest names in the business, including John Cena, Triple H, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, The New Day, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt and Shinsuke Nakamura.

RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA and STAMFORD, Conn., March 5, 2018 – The Saudi General Sports Authority in partnership with WWE will present the Greatest Royal Rumble event at the King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, April 27. For the first time ever, the Royal Rumble match will feature 50 WWE Superstars. As part of this historic event, fans will see WWE Superstars John Cena, Triple H, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles, Braun Strowman, The New Day, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt and Shinsuke Nakamura, among others.
