Kevin Owens is dealing with a knee injury that will keep the former WWE Universal champion out indefinitely, which also means that Owens will no longer take place in the Mixed Match Challenge.

The company has announced his replacement, which will be Bobby Roode as Natalya's new partner in the MMC. Roode was in the first season with Charlotte Flair as his tag team partner. Roode and Natalya (named as Team Paws) will face Bobby Lashley and Mickie James on next Tuesday's MMC episode.
