WWE has announced today that the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia will air on the WWE Network on Friday, April 27th. That's the same day Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters, so the company will have some serious competition in attracting fans to the WWE Network with that playing both in North America and across the world. The question is, which event is more epic?
We'll leave that up to you to decide but it's now been confirmed that the Kickoff show will stream at 11am ET and that the actual event will take place at 12pm ET so that's not a bad time at all.
The Royal Rumble match taking place will boast a total of 50 participants with confirmed names including Daniel Bryan, Kane, Big Show, Braun Strowman, and Bray Wyatt. Evert championship will be defended on the show as well, while it's been confirmed that John Cena will do battle with Triple H.
Unfortunately, there won't be any women on the card because they're banned from competing at sporting events in Saudi Arabia. As a result, you can forget about seeing a Women's title bout!
