WWE Clash of Champions 2020 took place Sunday, September 27, 2020 from the WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, featuring superstars from the Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown brands.

— On the kickoff, it was announced that the SmackDown Women's Championship match between Bayley (c) and Nikki Cross, as well as the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match between Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler (c) against The Riott Squad have been cancelled, but there wasn't much of a clarification as to why. The tag title situation will apparently be addressed tomorrow night on Raw, though.
— SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura (c) defeated Lucha House Party's Lince Dorado and Kalisto by pinfall to retain the title.
— Intercontinental Championship Triple Threat Ladder Match: Sami Zayn defeated Jeff Hardy (c) and AJ Styles to win the title.
— Drew Gulak pinned R-Truth backstage to win the 24/7 Championship.
— Raw Women's Championship Match: Asuka (c) vs Zelina Vega by submission to retain the title.
— United States Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (c) defeated Apollo Crews by submission to retain the title.
— Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The Street Profits Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford (c) defeated Andrade and Angel Garza by pinfall to retain the title
— R-Truth won the 24/7 Championship back from Drew Gulak.
— Since Nikki Cross wasn't able to perform, Bayley cut a promo about having an open challenge for her title, which Asuka answered.
— SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Asuka defeated Bayley (c) by disqualification when Bayley used a steel chair on purpose to get herself DQ'ed. Sasha Banks then appeared after the match to attack Bayley.
— WWE Championship Ambulance Match: Drew McIntyre (c) defeated Randy Orton to retain the title
— Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) defeated Jey Uso to retain the title when Jimmy Uso threw in the towel on Jey's behalf to stop the match.
