Thanks to an advert from the Spectrum Center's Twitter account, we now know two of the matches that'll feature on the
Clash of Champions card in September, and if it wasn't already abundantly clear that
WWE is in need of a major creative overhaul, just
look at which Superstars will be facing off... again.
This PPV is 3 months away, which means Kofi Kingston & Dolph Ziggler and Becky Lynch and Lacey Evans will
still be feuding long after their matches at
Stomping Grounds this Sunday. Of course, the card is subject to change, but this is not a good sign.
Long-term angles can obviously work very well if they're built up properly and the fans are invested in the story that's unfolding, but neither of these throwaway feuds count, and this just comes across as sheer apathy on
WWE's part.
