WWE Confirms That Hideo Itami Is About To Join The Cruiserweight Division And 205 LIVE

WWE's Cruiserweight division has never really taken off and while it's certainly had its moments, 205 Live really hasn't taken off the way WWE probably expected after the Cruiserweight Classic. Since then, a number of wrestlers from NXT have been called up to the division who most of us expected to see on the main roster and the latest is none other than Hideo Itami.

When he arrived in NXT, the signs were pointing to him becoming NXT Champion and a huge star along the lines of Shinsuke Nakamura but some unfortunate injuries quickly put a halt to that.

There is, of course, a very good chance he'll find success as part of 205 Live and kick the brand a much-needed refresher. He'd be a much better champion than Enzo Amore too and if Neville really is going to return, then it's easy to imagine those two tearing down the house. How do you feel about Itami arriving in the Cruiserweight division? Share your thoughts below!
