WWE recently signed a deal to move SmackDown Live to Fox which will make them upwards of $1 billion over a number of years but does that mean the company is about to spread the wealth? As you may know, WWE Superstars have to pay for their own travel expenses and health insurance but that could be about to change based on recent comments from wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer.

"They certainly can afford it and I can’t see any reason not to, but it doesn’t mean they’ll do it," he noted when asked about the possibility of WWE starting to treat its talent a little better.

"It’s mindboggling now that they don’t — not so much like health insurance and employee benefits and things like that but road expenses of guys on the road." For now then, it appears as if WWE will continue giving its Superstars the bare minimum but that could change as the company's fortunes continue improving and that's obviously going to be good news for the in-ring talent.
