Not only was All Out one of the greatest wrestling PPVs of all-time, but it also featured the in-ring return of CM Punk and the surprise "All Elite" debuts of Adam Cole and Bryan Danielson.
You'd think that WWE would have pulled out all the stops for last night's episode of RAW, but it was business as usual for the show instead. There was one big "surprise," though, and that came in the form of Drake Maverick as he made his return to the 24/7 Championship picture.
After Reggie successfully defended the title against Akira Tozawa, R-Truth chased him backstage, only to find himself face-to-face with Maverick. Interestingly, he wasn't among those pursuing the title, so while it's possible he could have another role on RAW, something tells us he'll soon be among those chasing down the gimmick belt.
After all, he was heavily involved in the 24/7 title picture back in 2019, and even wrestled for it during his real-life wedding.
Something else fans have picked up on is the fact that both Jeff Hardy and Jaxson Ryker were among those seen running after Reggie during this segment. Unfortunately, it looks like Vince McMahon doesn't have creative plans for either of them now, so it's possible they're going to be buried and largely forgotten about over the weeks and months to come.
