— The show started with A Moment of Bliss. Braun Strowman was the featured guest for Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. The Monster Among Men talked about his upcoming match with Bray Wyatt and when he noticed a gift in the corner of the ring, he opened it up to find the old black sheep mask he used to wear while part of The Wyatt Family.
— Tamina Snuka defeated Sasha Banks by pinfall to earn a future title shot against Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship.
— Sheamus squashed Denzel Dejournette by pinfall.
— Another video package aired about Jeff Hardy and his struggles.
— It was announced that Money in the Bank will take place atop Titan Towers.
— Dana Brooke defeated Naomi by pinfall to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
— Sonya Deville's apology to Mandy Rose turned into her berating Rose for being selfish. Deville explained that she was always pushed aside in favor of Mandy, but she let that go in the best interest of the tag team. She even tried to get Dolph Ziggler, who actually does care about Mandy, to help them with their team efforts. Ziggler came out to ask if Mandy had any feelings for her, and everyone (including Otis) came to blows. Sonya and Dolph ran off.
— A memorial video aired in tribute to Howard Finkel, who passed away at age 69.
— Daniel Bryan defeated Cesaro by submission to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match.
— Elias was attacked by King Corbin.
— Big E defeated The Miz and Jey Uso to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship in a Triple Threat match!
