WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN Highlights For December 6, 2019: Roman Reigns VS Dolph Ziggler And More

The latest edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown for December 6, 2019 took place at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, NC.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— The Miz kicked off the show with a promo about how Daniel Bryan was supposed to be his guest for MizTV, but he's been missing since he was attacked last week. Bray Wyatt had an impromptu Firefly Fun House on the TitanTron to say that since Bryan isn't able to play at TLC (because The Fiend isn't done with him), The Miz should take his place. When The Miz mentioned that Bryan is like family to the WWE Universe, Wyatt threatened The Miz's family. Later in the night, The Miz called Maryse to say he's heading home. Then, he came across the picture of his family backstage, but with Wyatt in place of The Miz. Wyatt attacked The Miz after that and sang Home for the Holidays. It was announced that The Miz will fight Bray Wyatt for the universal title at TLC.

— Alexa Bliss defeated Mandy Rose by pinfall.

— Drake Maverick tried to hit on Dana Brooke again. Elias sang another song making fun of him. Maverick went out to the ring and called out Elias for a fight, but Elias embarrassed him.

— The Revival won a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Elimination Match against Lucha House Party, Heavy Machinery and Shorty G and Mustafa Ali to earn a title shot for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship against The New Day for TLC.

— Lacey Evans defeated Haley Jones by pinfall. After the match, Sasha Banks came out to further their feud and Bayley attacked Evans from behind to give the heels the last laugh.

— Roman Reigns defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall. After the match, Reigns was attacked by Ziggler, King Corbin and his crew. They handcuffed Reigns and poured dog food all over him.
