The latest edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown for November 15, 2019 took place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— After a promo segment of King Corbin, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler taking shots about Roman Reigns, Mustafa Ali and Shorty G beat Ziggler and Roode by pinfall to keep their spots on Team SmackDown.
— Bray Wyatt debuted the blue-strapped version of the Universal Championship belt on Firefly Fun House.
— Braun Strowman had an in-ring segment with Drew Gulak and The B-Team. They tried to triple-team him, but he fought them all off.
— Daniel Bryan turned down Sami Zayn's offer to join him and Shinsuke Nakamura as Zayn had ran off last week when Bray Wyatt attacked, rather than having his back. Bryan then suggested they take on Braun Strowman as a new member. Zayn complained that he is a brute while they're artists, but changed his tune when he noticed that Strowman was behind him the whole time.
— The New Day vs. The Revival for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship ended in a no-contest as The Undisputed ERA attacked both teams. They were then ran off by the locker room.
— Heavy Machinery defeated Kevin Tibbs and Kip Stevens by pinfall.
— Shayna Baszler interrupted Nikki Cross vs. Bayley. Dakota Kai, Tegan Nox, Rhea Ripley and Mia Yim also attacked. Members of the SmackDown women's roster came out to fight and Sasha Banks challenged the NXT crew to an eight-woman tag team match. Carmella, Dana Brooke, Nikki Cross and Sasha Banks defeated Dakota Kai, Tegan Nox, Rhea Ripley and Mia Yim by pinfall.
— Daniel Bryan was The Miz's guest on MizTV. After some discussion about how Bryan is unstable and how only Bray Wyatt could understand that, a challenge was put forth for Survivor Series that Wyatt accepted. They will fight for the Universal Championship.
