WWE Hall Of Famer Edge Reflects On The Emotional Week That Led To His Return At SUMMERSLAM

During the SummerSlam Kickoff show last night, WWE Hall of Famer Edge made his unexpected return when he hit Elias with a Spear. Now, the multi-time champion has reflected on what sounds like a tough week.

WWE's Kickoff shows are rarely worth watching but a surprise appearance from Edge last night got fans seriously excited. Elias was holding one of his concerts and right in the middle of a stream of insults about Toronto but Edge's music then hit and he took the musician down with a Spear. 

That's the first time we've seen Edge in action for a very long time and it turns out that there was a lot more to his SummerSlam week than you may have realised. 

As you can see below, the former WWE Champion talked about how this was the first time he had visited his hometown since attending his mother's funeral and stepping back in the ring also clearly meant a lot to the beloved WWE Superstar.
