As more releases and furloughs loom, former wrestler and WWE Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco has been fired from his position as talent scout and recruiter after being with the company for over 30 years.

WWE has released Hall of Famer Gerald Brisco after 36 years with the company.

Brisco, who Attitude Era fans will remember as one of Mr. McMahon's Stooges along with Pat Patterson, joined the WWE as a part of a tag team along with his brother Jack in the '80s, but soon retired as an in-ring talent and went on to become one of McMahon's most trusted advisers.

He had been working as a talent scout and agent when he was furloughed as [art of the company wide COVID-19 purge earlier this year, but took to Twitter today to confirm that he will not be coming back.

There are reports doping the rounds that more cut-backs may soon follow, so keep an eye out for updates.
