WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle was among the producers recently released by WWE, and his future in the wrestling business is now uncertain. His in-ring career has reached its end, but there's plenty of knowledge the Olympic Gold Medallist could bring to the table for any number of companies.
During a recent Facebook Q&A, Angle was asked for his thoughts on a possible dream match with two Superstars who have never wrestled each other before. In his opinion, he believes that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre could headline next year's WrestleMania - which is set to take place on March 28th, 2021 at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California - in a match against another former NXT Champion.
"Aleister Black vs Drew Mcintyre," Angle started. "Could be next year Wrestlemania main event. Both are exceptional talents." There's no denying that, and Black's star is definitely on the rise right now.
During the same Q&A, he was also asked whether he thinks former Universal Champion Seth Rollins was never accepted as a main event attraction by wrestling fans. "Seth? I thought fans DID accept him as the main attraction," Angle responded. "What planet are you on?? Lol."
What do you guys think about the WWE Hall of Famer's comments?
