When WCW icon and WWE Hall of Famer Sting suffered an injury during his match with Seth Rollins at Night of Champions back in 2015, most of us assumed we'd seen his last match.

Well, while that might be the case, it sounds like Sting could return to the ring... if he really wanted to.

The legendary Superstar recently did a Facebook Q&A, in which he revealed that he has been cleared to wrestle again - he simply has no current plans to do so.

Here's a transcription courtesy of PWMania.com:

“I can still wrestle,” Sting said. “I can still wrestle! I’m just not going to.”

When asked if he would be open to an on-air role on WWE television like fellow WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is doing right now as Raw General Manager, Sting responded by saying:

“Yeah, I might consider something like that,” Sting said. “Good to see Kurt back by the way.”

Obviously this is disappointing news, but at least there is always the possibility that Sting could change his mind at some point in the future.

What do you guys think? Would you like to see another Sting match, or do you think he's doing the right thing by not lacing up his boots again?
