WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus Returned During RAW Along With Former NXT Champion [SPOILER]

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus appeared on RAW last night, but she wasn't the only big surprise! Dexter Lumis once again made his presence felt, while a former NXT Champion made their huge return to WWE!

During last night's episode of RAW, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus kicked off the show in her hometown of Toronto, Canada. After seemingly teasing an in-ring return, she was interrupted by Bayley, Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY, and all signs appeared to point to her seeing some action on the show.

RAW Women's Champion Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka all soon arrived to provide some backup, leading to the first match of the night. In that, Kai and SKY emerged triumphant and moved into the finals of the Women's Tag Team Championship Tournament.

It's shame Stratus didn't get to see any action, but she still "Stratusfied" fans and recently shared some jaw-dropping photos on Instagram from her Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame induction.

While we'd have loved to see Stratus square off with Bayley later in the evening (that job instead went to Toronto native Aliyah), RAW still featured plenty of other surprises. Among them was the return of Johnny Gargano, with the former NXT Champion making it clear WWE is his home. He received a huge response from fans and took out Austin Theory with a superkick.

Elsewhere in the show, we learned that Dexter Lumis isn't actually targeting AJ Styles because he showed up on RAW and kidnapped The Miz!

The quality of RAW has increased massively since Triple H took over and, for the first time in a long time, we're now excited to see what's going to happen each week. Clash of the Castle is fast approaching too, and while that card needs to filled out some, it looks set to be a fun event.
