WWE Has Canceled Two Matches Scheduled To Take Place At WRESTLEMANIA

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE has decided to pull the plug on two WrestleMania matches.

As expected, neither the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal nor the Woman's Battle Royal will take place at the Showcase of the Immortals. That's a result of advice from the CDC and various other organisations warning against large social gatherings (and having 20+ people in the ring at the same time is definitely a large social gathering!).

This is also why WWE is only putting a handful of Superstars in the ring at once and working with a skeleton crew. Tag team matches are probably still acceptable, but not those which include any more than four competitors.

It's a weird situation, but one WWE is clearly trying to make the best out of to keep us entertained.
