WWE Has Seemingly Made A Big Change To The Main Event Of Tomorrow Night's Episode Of RAW

It's rare that WWE advertises a match that actually happens, so you probably won't be too surprised to learn that the main event of tomorrow night's episode of RAW has undergone a change. Check it out...

During last week's episode of RAW, it was revealed that Drew McIntyre would defend the WWE Championship in a rematch following his clash with Dolph Ziggler at Extreme Rules. The twist was that McIntyre would be allowed to choose the stipulation this time after Ziggler booked them into an Extreme Rules match where only he was allowed to use weapons and not get disqualified.

WWE is obviously looking to increase ratings for the Monday night show, hence why a WWE title match was set to headline it, but it appears as if Vince McMahon has once again changed his mind.

The RAW preview on WWE.com has been updated, and now reads, "WWE Champion Drew McIntyre agreed to face Dolph Ziggler in a non-title rematch, but this time, he gets to choose the stipulation." That's in direct contradiction to what we heard on RAW last week, and seeing as this episode was taped last Monday, it will be interesting seeing how the change is handled.

It's likely that Vince changed his mind during the tapings, and it says a lot that they're no more organised now than when RAW was airing live each week! We'll obviously keep you guys updated if we learn more about what's led to this shift in plans.
