WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 took place Sunday, October 25th from inside the WWE ThunderDome at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, featuring superstars from the Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown brands.

— R-Truth defeated Drew Gulak by pinfall to retain the 24/7 Championship on the kickoff pre-show.
— I Quit Match inside Hell in a Cell for the Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) defeated Jey Uso to retain the title. Reigns forced Uso to say "I quit" by locking Jimmy Uso into a guillotine, so Jey had to say it to get him to let go.
— Elias defeated Jeff Hardy by disqualification when Hardy nailed Elias with a guitar.
— The Miz defeated Otis by pinfall to win the Money in the Bank briefcase as a result of Tucker turning on Otiz, as he nailed his now former teammate with the briefcase. After the match, he cut a promo about how they were supposed to be a team, but he's always been doing everything for Otis, who can't even tie his shoes without him.
— Hell in a Cell Match for the SmackDown Women's Championship: Sasha Banks defeated Bayley (c) by submission/to win the title.
— United States Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (c) of The Hurt Business defeated Slapjack of RETRIBUTION by submission to retain the title.
— Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Championship: Randy Orton defeated Drew McIntyre (c) by pinfall to win the title.
