WWE has been struggling to sell tickets to non-televised live events for the past few years and while Vince McMahon has talked about making changes to the shows in order to increase interest, we've yet to see any evidence of that.

Shows with low attendance mean WWE loses money and while we'll have to wait and see how McMahon goes about "reimagining" the live events, PW Insider has now revealed that the company is advertising its shows in movie theaters ahead of the trailers. That can't be cheap but is a clever way of raising awareness.

Apparently, the one showed in Wilkes-Barre, PA featured Braun Strowman cutting a promo on the audience about coming to the town and it will now be interesting seeing whether this is a permanent marketing technique or just a one-off.

What do you guys think?
