Jimmy Uso was arrested in Thursday morning in Pensacola, Florida for a DUI. He was booked at 3:04am with a bond set for $1000. While he was still behind bars when we shared our report yesterday, he's obviously since been released and more details have now been revealed.

Law enforcement officials have said that Jimmy was speeding when an officer pulled up behind him and noticed that he was "swerving left and right" and driving erratically. Apparently, he reeked of alcohol and refused to take a DUI test. That led to him being arrested and he was hit with a speeding citation along with that DUI charge.

Now, WWE has issued a brief statement: "Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions."

Despite that, it's hard to imagine that there won't be some consequences for his actions and it will be interesting seeing whether The Usos are now pulled from television over the coming weeks.
