Aside from WrestleMania, fans have not been able to attend WWE events since before the pandemic began closing the world down. That's all set to change during next Friday's episode of SmackDown, of course, and the company is looking to stack the show up with as many big matches as possible.
It's already been confirmed that Bianca Belair will defend the SmackDown Women's Championship against Carmella, while we're also getting a Fatal Four-Way match with Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins vs. Big E vs. Shinsuke Nakamura.
During today's episode of Talking Smack, it was announced that Edge will team up with Rey and Dominik Mysterio to take on Universal Champion Roman Reigns and The Usos in a massive six-man tag team match. As you might expect, WWE is looking to get huge reactions from the fans in attendance, and the way to do it is definitely with big bouts like these.
We're also expecting some big surprises, though it's already been announced Toni Storm will debut.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett making their presence felt wouldn't surprise us after their recent dark matches, but it's going to be very interesting seeing if WWE is able to improve things creatively for live fans.
We'll keep you guys updated as we learn more!
