Normally, WWE tapes two matches for Main Event before Monday Night Raw. However, this week's episode of Raw from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA on December 17, 2018 was a double taping in order to not do a live Raw episode on Christmas, so plans for Main Event seem to have been changed around a bit.
There was a dark match where Zack Ryder defeated Mojo Rawley by pinfall, although there doesn't seem to be confirmation that this had the Main Event ring set, so this might have been a regular dark match.
Even so, this would indicate that at least one of the segments on the next episode of Main Event will not be a match, but something backstage like a promo, video package, etc. There also wasn't anything recorded for next week's episode and the prevailing theory is that WWE will run some sort of recap show instead of regular Main Event episodes for these next two editions.
There is a chance they record content before SmackDown tomorrow night, but as that's still unknown, stay tuned to The Ring Report for any more information that comes our way on what may be scheduled for the next two episodes of Main Event.
